Inside the Teenage Brain

Being a teenager is not easy at all. Learning about the brain is so interesting because you learn new stuff and understand why things happen. Teenagers have so much problems with their parents that conflictss at home occur. Change of mood is so common that people are used to it. Emtotion is managed by the frontal lobe. Until age 21 the frontal lobe is fully developed and this is why we become legal at this age because supposely we are well-mannered humans who can take good decisions and care for ourselves. Sleep is a fundamental requisite for teenagers. Át least nine hours of sleep are needed for a teenager to have good academic achievements and take good decisions. Average sleep for teenagers is about seven hours and this is not enough. Sleep well and see the benefits from this, it makes you a happier and less lazier person. Parents are such an important role in this part of our lives. Someone must be there to support and comprehend our behaviors and show us the right and wrong path. What better person than your mother and father? Telling them stuff makes us learn from our mistakes and they will never turn their backs to us. Enjoy being a teenager.
